| From Chicago Weekend |
Hello everyone! This is just a quick post to let you all know that we've updated our photo album with some images from our weekend in Chicago with the Genisio/Wulterkens side of Brian's family. We had a fantastic time visiting with all the cousins and kids of cousins (there's a term for that, I know), and Maia got to meet her Great Grandma Genisio for the first time.
After our day in suburban Schaumburg on Saturday, the three of us went downtown to Chicago on Sunday morning. It was Maia's first opportunity to see real skyscrapers and to hear the sound of city buses and taxis and smell that city street funk. :) Maia giggled and barked her way down Michigan avenue and Lake Shore Drive, and we had a great time!
