So, there is an old wives' tale that claims Eggplant Parmesan to be a sure-fire way to get labor started. It didn't work for two who tried it from our class. I am guessing that is because they didn't serve it with my homemade noodles!
So, that is what I did tonight. I made Cara a big pan of lasagna-style eggplant parmesan with my homemade egg noodles. Now, we just wait and see. I predict she will be in labor by tomorrow morning!!!!!
All kidding aside, the meal was really tasty, and we are looking forward to our appointment tomorrow to see how things are going. Tomorrow is our official due-date (and my mother's birthday)...
Although, it would be nice to have the whole family in Michigan when this starts... maybe we can wait until the 26th or 27th? I'll have to ask Cara if it is OK :)
