Hey all,
Just a quick note to say that nothing new has happened with the baby. We had a nice, mostly quiet Christmas. Jo, Lu, Dawn and Stan came over for dinner on Christmas Eve. Debi and Verne had planned to come over for dinner on Christmas, but Mom got sick. (We hope she feels better soon!)
Today, we go in to have a procedure done that will hopefully help move things along. Then, another appointment on Thursday, which is 41 weeks.
The doctor won't let us go past 42 weeks. Too many risks associated with waiting longer than 2 weeks late. Right now, the plan is to induce on January 1st or 4th... that is... if the baby doesn't come on it's own.
We appreciate everyone's words of encouragement. We look forward to talking to you all soon with the good news.
